TMI! idk if 2 b embarrassed or if to laugh so I woke up from my nap was got up to close a window i sneezed & peed myself a Lil omg this has never happened to me before 😕😂 plz tell me I ain't the only one..

i have a pretty bad cold and yesterday I peed basically every single time I sneezed. and I sneezed all day lol im 20weeks, baby #2.

Kegles help a lot with this issue. I'm 35+4 and have only peed myself once when I was laughing so hard I couldn't stop.
