For one probably do a transvag to see if baby is in the right place. Draw blood and so on when you get a bit bigger they'll guess upon baby's size

An they'll figure it out because if you're only 4 weeks then they'll estimate

with my ob they did a pee test and blood work. normally the first appointment they do normal robs line weight, blood pressure and check your urine.

There going to ask questions get your started on prenatals for the due date try to remember if not when they do your first ultrasound there goin to measure the baby to see the round about how far long you are and when it could be @supermommy016

@supermommy016, you caught it super early so if they do a transvag don't be scared if all you see is a sac, or nothing at all that's when baby implants itself. also she was correct blood work will get done, ALOT they will tell you your hormone levels illsend you what they should be in a message:)

They did my weight, a pap smear, a breast exam, a urine test, drew blood, checked my blood pressure, and asked tons of questions in between, and they scheduled me for an ultrasound a few days after. Thats usually how they do the due date if you're unsure of your period! more than likely a transvaginal.
