even if you didn't get them I would stop wait for the go ahead from your Dr. Even if you aren't bleeding or in no pain you're still healing

then you should be fine. I had a smooth delivery with no sticthes or pain so I was good to go the next day. All I stayed away from was sex lol @mumof2

OK and nope no stitches and bleeding is like a light period. my cramps have gone down. so maybe I'll wait like another week just to let body heal a little more @mrsstewart @chibibunnyx

if you aren't feeling pain and bleeding is only a bit then it should be okay.

I wouldn't especially if you have stitches
