omg right his baby Momma is pregnant with her third kid . each baby has a different dad. and my fiance wants to give his rights up because she so crazy

if he pays childsupport report it n keep messages by law he can call the cops if he has court papers to go pick up the child on weekends ect. but keep any evidence with the messy woman for yall proof and just tell him not to agrue with her it will make her realize in time no point in arguing n she will soon grow the hell up I'm dealing with the same thing

Yeah he pays child support but they never went to court for anything so he doesn't has papers but I don't know what all goes on but I know when he tells me stuff. I just wish he could call the cops on her ass without him having papers because he is paying child support and his tax money goes to her broke trifling ass too! Ugh it's so annoying. @maggie_2016

he needs to go get copies or call n ask them to mail them he can call and talk to a lady about what his rights are on the paper make him get those papers that way when he wants his child he can get if he can on weekends if all court orders all he has to know is where she lives n call the cops so they can have a case # that he's trying to see his child if this goes on n he has to go to court n he has cases on her over he not giving child he can get childsupport dropped cause they see he's trying n she's not cooperating
