anyone else get dizzy spells?

I would go and get your blood tested for iron, you might be anemic, or dehydrated...

I've passed out once, I'm anemic.

Yeah, just tell them your pregnant, and you've been getting dizzy, the doctor might give you something for it... If it happens to be a pill and you can't keep it down (like me) eat iron enriched foods.. Kale spinach one of my favorites is Malto meal, it's 50% iron...

Also try just drinking more water

I went to the l&d last night for dizziness because I was having signs of low blood pressure. It turns out dizzyness is usually caused by what they call orthopedic hypotension and it's caused by changing position too soon, like standing up or sitting down too fast. Try to just take it slow and drink plenty of water.

yea the on call nurse just called and said to go to the hospital to get checked so trip here we go
