I'm so stressed out I have s 4 month old beautiful baby girl and on top of that I watch my 2 year old niece all day long with also taking care of my father who is disable. The only time I'm without my niece and my father about a hour every other day which at that time I'm taking care of my grandfather . I really want to say stop but is it mean. When my niece comes over on the weekend I of course am the one to watch her. Should I tell people to help when she's here

If it's becoming over whelming id say go ahead and ask for some help and maybe even a break. You need some you time too

When my nieces mother is her she gives her a phone to shut here up it so hard to think that all I do is get up my back hurts so much. I feel like a baby @kreeblim

Sounds like a rock and a hard place. If you're feeling over whelmed tho, taking even an hour to center yourself is worth it
