Okay at my last check up, doc said that she was pretty sure baby was head down but the last few days…

Okay at my last check up, doc said that she was pretty sure baby was head down but the last few days the baby moves in such a way that feels like stretching but I'm not sure if it's stretching his or her legs or back? Like it s a small push (can't feel on the outside) on the lower right side and a big painful push on the upper left (where I feel most movements) and it happens at the same time. Does that mean the baby's but is up towards my ribs and its feet is off to the side and the head is down? I've googled it and it sounds like baby is head down to me but I'm just confused as to where feet and head and butt and everything are. I've seen other women who know exactly where everything is and I'm just confused. I don't think I can even tell the difference between a kick and a butt pushing out and that doesn't make sense to me. I feel movement above my belly button on the left side but idk if it's kicks or what???? Ugh
