I need some tips to help make breastfeeding not so horrible. My milk just came in today and my boobs and nipple are so full and sore😣 ANY helpful advice would be very, very appreciated.

those gel eye mask things, get one or two and place them right on your girls/nipples. its amazing. also nipple cream, personally I liked mother love the best but you can make it yourself, there are three ingredients.. I can't remember the third but extra virgin olive oil and honey, it should be slightly runny not sticky. warm compresses help too

those nipple shields worked wonders for me when my milk came in.

nipple creme , these ice/hot packs they go around your breast and also if you're engorged try pumping
My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤
So now that I have my test strips when do I start testing! I am on day 2 of af today and it lasts about 3-4 days normally. I have about a 26-27 day cycle. Any help would be very appreciated thank you!!😀

I broke down at my moms house today ... because of the debt we owe and Passover is coming and it’s a very expensive holiday ... it was just way too much .... my mom i guess told my brother that I’m suffering and he called me over and asked me why i didn’t just ask for help, and offered to help when i need it . And gave me basically 4K to help for the month and if i need more to ask ... now one thing about me , is that i will suffer silently and won’t ask for help.... I’ve always been that way. Deff thankful for my family atm. I will start to do eBay too . I have stuff i can sell... anything to help out alittle help my husband ... whatever i can do.
So went to my ultrasound and it wasn't great news 😣😥😢...don't really know how to feel about it and can't help but worry.

mine got really engorged so I had to hand express some because I didn't have my pump yet. I also tried a shower but don't let the water hit your breasts directly. & I use nipple cream.
