Just wow!!! My job decided to put a year long schedule out and they aren't even giving me time off to have my daughter in April! They want me to work after I have my baby. Not gonna happen. Looks like I'm putting my two weeks notice in March
I'm pretty sure it's 6-12 weeks depending on what the doc says. And yes it's a law I have to have a certain amount of time off to recover and be with the baby
don't they have to give you 6 weeks after your baby is born? by law? I really don't know but that's what I've been told. I could be wrong
