I have heard of people having problems with those. I got the nexplanon (arm implant) and haven't had any problems so far. I've had it for 8 months and my period stopped about 5 months ago. Just letting you know if you were thinking about trying it, I like it!

I had the mirena and it messed me up and I only had it for a month and had it removed yesterday but still having problems.

I would, but it isn't safe for me because I had really high blood pressure when I was pregnant and I still have it and family history of blood clots :/ the iud was the only safe option for me.. But my husband and I talked about it and our family and it's just not worth the risk. I was just wondering if anyone else had problems because I read some and it's pretty scary.

I had the paragard and it caused me severe cramps like making me double over and cry a lot. I ended up getting it removed five months after getting it.

I'm sorry, I know how you feel. Mine made me do the same and I've bleed more than when I gave birth!! It's awful.
