I have until the end of December to find a place to live, however that's impossible because the lady we rent from now tells everyone we don't pay our rent on time which isn't true because we've never been late in the 2 years we've lived here. Doesn't like people moving out on her yet she's making us move... and won't rent something else to us as a last resort and I'm due soon, my boyfriend is the only one who works and his work will be shutting down for 6 days and he won't get paid for any of it and I don't think we'll have money for diapers if baby decides to come within the next couple of weeks or a place to live and I'm stressing out. @tmoschetti06
don't have the money for court or we would have. she also doesn't fix anything so we don't have a/c or heat, our hot water heater is leaking and she's been told for the past two years she needs to replace both of them and she won't fix anything. these places are nasty and I mean I get she's selling them but she hates us. @tmoschetti06 @arijane316
we did that once, refuse to pay rent until she fixed anything and that's when she keeps saying we don't pay our rent on time. Then tried to evict us and we couldn't find any other place to go at the time so we just paid her. @arijane316

if you have proof that you pay her on time, you should take her to court. she can't stop you from moving out. it isn't her choice.

you can refuse to pay rent until she fixes them and she can't do anything about that. in all reality, you have cause to sue her
