I keep coughing cause of my sore throat and I keep pissing myself 😠😠😠 I had to put a pad on, my doctor keeps saying this is normal, this is part of your body changing after kids.. like I get it but damn it, I just smell like straight up piss and it's gross and since I love you guys I decided to vent on here about my nastiness 😂😂😂😔 #vaginaldeliveryproblemstothemaxxxx

im with you im pregnant i laugh hard or sneeze its slips out a lil and its annoying sometimes i try to run to the restroom before i sneeze lol

I thought I would have trouble peeing on myself after I had a baby and I'm completely opposite. I actually had trouble making it come out! They cathed me right after I had my baby with no pain medicine whatsoever. I thought I was going to die! I cried so bad lol
@mommakitty88 yeah its supposed to help but Idk, its just frustrating like I smell myself 😂 but hey in all fairness they really have helped me practice and my husband aint complaining so its not a bad thing either lol!
I was told to do them during pregnancy to help with that. so I do not know what else to say lol
