yes that's right^^ I lost mine due to the fact that I would rarely pump after feedings
If you have a pump nurse and then pump until nothing comes out and continue for about 5 min. Make sure you put on nipple cream after. Do this after every nurse to make sure you're empty and drink lots and lots of water. My supply dropped a lot and I did that which was recommended by a lactation consultant and it worked quickly. Only took a few days
You have to constantly pump after feedings to secure the milk.
I have been but she gets so frustrated and cries and screams because she's only getting drips.

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
