#HELLLLLPP Okay preggies I need some help from experienced breast feeders. I brought my baby home today and she's been literally switching from boob to boob non stop I can barely get a10 minute break in between Also no poop diapers at all and she only peed once. I'm worried is she not got anything ? I still have just colostrum but that's supposed to be enough so what the heck? We have a doc appointment Thursday but should I give her some formula or something till we can get checked out I don't want her to be starving is this normal? If it's normal I have no problem feeding her over and over just worried she's not getting anything she's rooting non stop

If you have a breast pump pump they made me and see if some comes out keep trying

drink lots of water and keep her on your breast as much as possible. . if she's going to sleep while nursing wake her up

It's totally normal, especially when you have just colostrum. When your milk comes in itll space out more.

Also if you supplement with formula there's a chance you won't be able to successfully BF. She's getting what she needs, you just gotta be patient! I was told baby will be at the breast 15-30 times a day until my milk comes in.

@bria.k, @annawesomelife okay guys thanks I won't give the formula. I just feel bad cause she seems Sooooo Hungry I feel like I'm starving her. But I'll just keep feeding. Getting my pump Friday hopefully that makes it better

You could try feeding her in her diaper. I had to do that with mine because she always fell asleep too. Do I'd undress her and this woke her up enough to finish

Don't give up BF you have to patience and just pump as much as you can. Just relax and enjoy the time your baby thinks you're doing great and just wants to be close my girl is like that

Rub some milk on them each time she comes off that helps too
