How long was your hospital stay after you gave birth?

It depends on the norm for your hospital but I think the general thing is 2-3 days for vaginal and 4-5 days for c section assuming there's no complications.

I arrived at the hospital at 3:00 pm on Wednesday. I gave birth at 2:59 am on Thursday. I left the hospital at 5:00 pm on Friday.

I had a c-section so they require 4 days, but my Dr cleared me to go home on the 2nd day. I think it's 2 days for vaginal birth and 4 days for c-section.

So... It just depends on what hospital/doctor you have and if there are any complications with you or baby?

We left 2 days after my delivery and he was preemie

I stayed 2 days with a c-section.

I think the norm (no issues with baby or mom) is you stay 24 hours after birth

I've always stayed 3 days even with my preemie
