It means you believe in natural and alternative parenting. Could include some or all of these: Alternative medicine, breastfeeding/extended breastfeeding, co sleeping, baby wearing, extended rear facing, essential oils, low waste/eco friendly, cloth diapering, delayed/non vax, baby led weaning etc.

natural I think?? cloth diaper. breastfeeding baby wearing. and the opposite probably like something who uses diapers formula feeds etc...
