I've had a bad headache for a week and it will not go away. Tylenol, Sleep, water, Food, nothing it helping. Anyone know anything else I can try?

I'm a nurse but, don't know many home remedies other than vicks on my temples and Ginger and medicine and sleep, water, and food. So, suggestions?
Until u know what another parent is going through, dont judge.cause if they didn't need the money,they wouldn't sell the food. U just never know another person situation.
I donot know how some moms can eat ice or drink cold/ hot water while they know their baby swims in the water then will be cold or hot . 🤔😇😇
Hollywood gush (waters) I'm curious as to how many people had the Hollywood gush, trickled waters, broken in hospital etc. I don't know anybody who's waters have broke naturally x

10 weeks is the apex of the hcg hormone ... So when I experienced this, I was told it would ease up ... It did a bit but I had many other issues to deal with in the pregnancy

When I found out I was pregnant my hubby made me stop drinking all caffeine and I had a head ache for two weeks straight and went through two bottles of Tylenol before my roommate made me go to the er because I was crying because it wouldn't go away and we didn't know why. It turns out it was just caffeine withdrawals. Now whenever I get a headache 80% of the time it's because been a while since I had caffeine.

I have Tylenol pm that has both Tylenol and benadryl in it but I'm scared to take that. I don't want to fall asleep while my 2 year old is awake.

nothing but a combination of Tylenol and caffeine work for me. I do add a half benadryl and or a decongestant when it won't quit. Amazing how allergy medicine helps headaches. Like clariton-d.

I usually get in a dark room with my fan blowing and a cold rag on my head with the rest of my body under blankets. Then I nap. That has always helped me.

I have to take Tylenol 3's for all of my pain but lately it hasn't been working.
