most won't unless medically necessary or you're over due and "over due" to some doctors are different. Like some won't until 40-41 weeks.

I'll be 35 weeks Friday, and I feel exactly the same. It wouldn't hurt to bring it up to your Dr, the worse they can do is say no. I hope it works out for you! @franchesca

My dr told me the same thing I have to wait till 39 weeks unless good reason...

I am exactly 39 weeks almost 40 but my discomfort levels are crazy everything hurts like I was hit by a car I can't take it anymore @brittdvorakxo

You can. Most drs (at least where I'm living in Ohio) won't induce you before 39 weeks unless it's medically necessary. I asked my Dr about it and she said the hospital won't let her schedule anything before 39 weeks.

You can. Depending on your doctor they might. Unless you have a doctor like mine who's going to make me wait an extra 2 freakin weeks. lol

Most doctors will only induce you if there is a medical reason to do so or if you are overdue.
