Ok so for those of you that are pregnant - are you exercising? What have you been doing?
I was super sick my first trimester and now that I am almost 15 weeks I am starting to feel like a human!
My body is screaming at me to get back to my usual exercising!
I was curious any of you pregnant mamas would be interested in joining a Facebook group for pregnant moms who want to stay in shape!
I will post daily motivation and tips and we can share recipes etc!

@momma2beof3, I've worked out before and during entire pregnancy. I do spin, Zumba and body conditioning. I stopped running after first trimester. And I now work out 4 days instead of 6. If I don't workout I feel sick.
I worked out the entire 41 weeks I was pregnant. As long as you did it before, you're going to be fine. Just listen to your body and you will feel so much better after you work out. Plus trust me, recovery will be so much easier!
