mines is this week also and i just realized they asked for a bill with my address but im at my moms house until the girls get here so would that affect anything
@prettiladi_shan I dont think so, I think you should just take one of your mom's bills and have her write a letter with her signature, number and so forth saying your staying with her until the girls arrive. Thats what my mil did for me.

the first appt they take ur blood pressure and have u speak with a dietary and step your card up to receive food

I never needed blood work. I just brought ID, proof of address, and proof of pregnancy (ultrasound pic works)
