Why Did I Crave Ice Cubes During Pregnancy?

When i was pregnant with my son...all i craved was Ice Cubes and it had to be the ones from Sonic or the ice that looks more cloudy not like glass. Anyone else craving ice like crazy????

I did but my doc said it was bc i was anemic so wouldn't hurt to ask doc. But I totally feel you, it's gotta be crushed ice for me :)

yes thats what my dr said...i had low iron. but even with taking iron pills i coukdnt stop eating it lol. i dont have that craving this go around with my daughter

It's a form of PICA I had it too. Could mean low iron.
