Wanting to have an all natural birth, NO epidural. Any advice or tips? Pain is different for everyone, just the research I've done on getting an epidural seems as if it makes things worse then to help you.
I'm planning on an all natural birth as well. it's my first baby. I am having a doula, there very helpful but can be expensive, try to find one that's still in training they're cheaper
I had a natural birth with my son and honestly the contractions are the worst part and you're gonna have to deal with those whether you have an epidural or not. some people can handle the pain some can't but I know when this one is ready to come I'm definitely having natural again. wouldn't change that for anything ❤ @cynthiafrank25 @tbella91
I'm scared to have an epidural because I've known many woman to have back problems after it.my mom did after she had 3 kids. I'd go natural if I could but idk what to expect as far as pain
