they are still pretty far apart the hospital usually wants them at the most like 5 min apart for about an hour straight. just keep walking and pacing that'd what I did to help speed things up
An easy rule to use is the 5-1-1 rule: if you are having contractions every five minutes, each contraction lasts about one minute, and these minute-longcontractions last for one hour, call the doctor or go to the hospital.
mine were like that the day before I had my son. then I couldn't sleep so I waited till they were 5 minutes apart and then I went to the hospital at 5am and they watched me for an hour and they almist didn't keep me with them being 5 minutes apart lasting almost a minute and a half each
OMG that's not cool. And I was just in hospital for pain earlier but said my contractions were too far apart. I think he swept my membranes too idk @adina565
yeah when my friend Chrissy had her baby they wouldn't keep her until she was 6cm dialated. You could call and see if they say go in but I would personally wait til they get closer
they're just all over i would try drinking water and laying down oh and keeping an empty bladder. If after all that they still keep going and getting closer together and you can tell they're getting more painful then it could be it! I can just say look for pains that resemble stomach cramps from like having diarrhea. Starts in your lower stomach and wraps around your lower back. Kind of take your breath away.
