Hi ladies my mucus plug came away last night and I'm just wondering what your experiences were when your's came away how long after did you go into labour? or anything i can do that will helo my labour progress? thanks!

thanks i know I've heard loads of people go in labour after and a few that havent so hopefully i go into labour within the next few days..im going to try a hot chilli tonight as my mum did and her waters went straight away ive been on the ball fingers crossed she comes soon xx
I think alot of things are old wife's tale which most are no true!
but use a birthing ball bounce bounce bounce away!! this helps the baby move downwards!!! I'm hoping this helps my labour come soon...x
everyone is different I've only lost a bit of mine about a week or so ago, now I'm 37 weeks.
alot of people can loose there's and still keep going for weeks! plug can regenerate, but it can't if there's blood in it. wouldn't stress much you still could have a while x
I've tried hot chilli, pinneapple, birthing ball and hot baths nothing seems to help:( ill try long walks..and can we still have sex when the plug comes away? x
