yes girl its time you need to go to the ER @tattie I read online sighns of labor is the obvious water broke , loose mucus plug, or some spotting bleeding , and contractions .

I'd call and they'll probably have you get checked out.

I didnt know I was in labor cause I couldn't feel my contractions. call the hospital just in case.

Are you having contractions? It could be the start of your bloody show. I went to labor the same day I had mine.
