Ugh. So.. I've had a fever since earlier, I can literally feel the heat radiating off my body 😕, I feel 100% like shit! Congested, headache, sore body & to top it off my tummy hurts 😭

If your fever doesn't go away soon you should go to the er. It can be very dangerous for baby. Hope you feel better soon.

I'm sorry you're not feeling well. have you taken any tylenol? should help with pain and fever.
like @swtlilangl said you do want to bring that fever down, since it can be bad for the baby. take a cool bath or shower and the tylenol (up to 1000mg every 6 hours). call your doctor/midwife and see what they think. and yeah, ER if you can't get it to come down.

@susanna713, @swtlilangl thanks guys! I took Tylenol & took a cool shower & brought the fever down 😊 I had a fever again earlier but did the same & it went down again
