not with an upper respiratory infection both my Dr her pediatrician and the er told me not to

She wouldn't have because your milk will make something to help her fight it off

not anymore sadly /: my daughter and I got sick so I had to stop 2 months ago and she wouldn't go back to it. back when I was breast feeding I lost all but 3 pounds and gained it all back as soon as I stopped
