do y'all get dizzy like all of sudden just got lightheaded this has been happening to me all day and I thought if I rest for a bit it would help but apparently not I'm almost 26 weeks and this is the first time this has happened and its kinda scaring me...

It happened to me about a month or so ago and I had to leave work in a cab and have my husband drive me back later that night to pick up my car. I didn't feel safe to drive because I was so dizzy. Hasn't happened since but it was very scary. I was well hydrated and has eaten so I don't know why it happened!

yeah I've been constantly eating and staying hydrated so I'm not sure why this is happening I'm trying not to freak out that much but I'm scared to do anything right now because I am so light headed
