this isn't pregnancy related, but if you Google reverse search someone's image and it comes back to tumblr or pinterest, ect doesn't that mean the pictures are FAKE

I bet that is several people using his photos making a lot of accounts or one person making several fake accounts. That would be my best guess if it was me.
If it's in the same spot and a different tattoo I would question it! It every one of the pictures look the same I would be suspicious. Also look for if others are in pictures with them to if maybe friends or family is in pictures you find a lot of fakes out there only post of them self and not others with them.
@cheyandbaby, what if their Facebook pictures all look the same but when you receive another it just doesn't add up. especially if the person is showing skin, and its different tattoos
No it means the same picture may be linked to that persons Instagram or Facebook.
