I bet that is several people using his photos making a lot of accounts or one person making several fake accounts. That would be my best guess if it was me.

If it's in the same spot and a different tattoo I would question it! It every one of the pictures look the same I would be suspicious. Also look for if others are in pictures with them to if maybe friends or family is in pictures you find a lot of fakes out there only post of them self and not others with them.

No it means the same picture may be linked to that persons Instagram or Facebook.
