My dr said you would have to eat about 8 pineapples and it still probably wouldn't have much of an effect. But she did say it's the Core not the actual pineapple that has the enzymes your looking for.

my sons measuring several weeks ahead, my doctor said its like I'm almost 40 weeks he's measuring about 4 ish weeks ahead and said if I gave birth to him he'd be fine. Like I said all depends on the baby (: you can also google more stuff I feel like I've read endless articles on it

full term is 37 weeks which is what my doctor said, I've known babies born at 34 weeks completely healthy and got to go home the next day. it really just depends on the baby. (my friends baby was born at 37 weeks and she's fine) I'm using epo inserting and taking it, you can try sex, riding down bumpy roads, I'm not sure how accurate the date eating thing is but you could try that too

Baby is still not completely developed at 37wks so not a good idea to try and induce labor. my daughter born at 37 wks had to be in nicu for a week with breathing issues and feeding problems.
