MOMS STRUGGLING WITH MILK SUPPLY:
Lots of instant oatmeal and non alcoholic beer did the trick for me.
I had two non alcoholic beers a day and two mugs of hot instant oatmeal with hot milk.

monilovesautumn it's your personal choice . but please don't be mislead by the label non alcoholic and alcohol
