I had mine removed September 21st, I'm on my third month trying, cycle is kind of messed up before nexplanon my cycle was 28 days and now it's more like 30-38 days. But hopefully this is my month as I'm in my fertile week now! Good luck to you!

i got mine taken out feb and got pregnant april 15 i found out i was 5 months pregnant with twins girls

according to my doctor, you're fertile as soon as it comes out. some women do take longer to get pregnant after coming off of any birth control, and others (myself included) are able to get pregnant right away.
