could i be having a miscarriage

So ive been having stomach. Cramps that come and go like im on my period i have not been bleeding or having any fever just the cramps. Is this normal? Its my first pregnancy and im 4weeks and 2 days

3 month old bleeding monthly

So I have no clue if this is normal or if I should be worried. Of course I am a little worried anyways but my 3 month old baby girl has had pink blood in her diaper atleast one day each month. It's like a little pink streak. I know her bleeding that first month is normal but every month? It's like she has a mini period/spotting. So idk if I’m an asshole for thinking this but a girl I used to go to school with is having her 3rd kid and she’s planning a baby shower and she had one with her other two. I feel like a baby shower is something you do with ur first pregnancy. I live far from my family so I didn’t have one but i did have a baby registry and I’m not even doing that with this pregnancy. Idk I just feel like 3 baby showers is a lot! Especially when she gets things handed to her. Idk maybe I’m an ass for thinking that

Yay for migraines I have them almost everyday, sometimes with nose bleeds sometimes not. Today my nose bleed was so bad it was pouring out of my nose and I couldn’t breathe and was choking on the blood going down my throat. This is after it calmed down.🙃
