gum disease is really common in pregnancy too. gums bleed more. make sure you go see your dentist.

i have that problem too plus my gums hurt aswel

could be sinuses. pregnancy really irritants them and can cause inflammation. try boiling a kettle and breathing in the vapours. feel.better soon ☺
