all I can do is have patience I haven't done anything except for the membrane sweep to "induce" or get labor going I live in someones living room so Its not like I can have sex or do sqauts out in the open also I can't find nun of that tea, oil or anything in the stores and I'm not even gone try pinnapple cause I know for sure only works if your past your due date lol I did it with my son and made me have contractions but not go into labor I ended up getting induced
