So I just now got my 11 week old to go to sleep, she's already teething and very fussy for mommy! :( any natural remedies to help her out? I have this teething gel for infants that I've been applying to her gums, but it doesn't seem to do much! And I've tried to give her a teething toy but she doesn't like biting down on it.

I've been giving my daughter the tablets as well. she usually falls asleep shortly after cause they fight their sleep when they're in pain, so if you use the tablets and she falls asleep after and normal. It says it on the bottle too.

teething tablets helped us in the beginning. they're homeopathic. you should look those up then decide of you want to try them. yeah it's crazy! some babies are even born with teeth!

Well it just makes me feel so bad when nothing will make her feel better in this teething process! lol I didn't know until I looked it up that babies can even start teething when their 2 months old!

Wow thank you so much! That helps out alot, I will definitely try that. And I did breast feed the first 3 weeks with her but unfortunately I stopped producing the milk. I haven't tried the cold wash cloth idea though either. I just really want to avoid any kind of medication.

you can "massage" her gums with your finger by applying light pressure. my daughter never liked anything cold but if yours doesn't mind it a cold wet washcloth. Idk if you're breastfeeding or not but if you are you could freeze some break tiny chunks off and rub it on her gums. or cold pureed food in a ziplock baggie and, under supervision, let her gnaw on that. my girl didn't like teethers til she was about 6months

And she bites her fist all the time now. There's never a time she doesn't have her fist in her mouth lol

Yeah, when my mom watches her I have her give her that infant Tylenol which does seem to help at times but I feel bad that maybe there's a time she's not in pain and I'm giving her that Tylenol for no reason. And I've heard of that, but I'm not sure if she's teething or not. I'm assuming so though since she's been way more fussy and slobers a ton!

it's not natural but infant Tylenol works wonders.
