honestly, I tried it with my last kid (my 1st) and it didn't do anything that I noticed.

@bsummers, I did it w my last 2, I had my son at 37 wks cuz I fell at work so was losing fluid. My last baby I had at 39 wks 2 days. I think it helped soften the cervix. I had her in 2 n half hrs

I've been taking it since Monday (35 weeks) and lost my mucas plug today!! I find out Friday if I am dialated any but I imagine I am since i lost my plug!!

I'm taking 1,000 mg orally twice a day until I am 37 weeks then I will take 3 a day 2 orally and one vaginally!!

@bsummers, at the end I did both. If u do it vaginally make sure to wear a panty liner n I did them right when laying down for bed

and you just put the whole capsule in as far as you can? sorry I'm Considering doing this is if I haven't had him buy Christmas but idk how to do it exactly! lol. @danad269
