So at first I was producing stupid amounts of milk (like four ounces from each boob) but just recently I'm lucky if I can get even 2 ounces total 😞 what can I do to help produce more milk??

@bubbabearsmommy, have you tried looking up lactation recipes ? I have a board on pinterest that I made when I was still breast feeding. there are recipes for cookies and smoothies and stuff on there. also if you take flaxseed oil vitamins they help you lactate.
@juanitalupita, thanks 😊 @bria.k my son is in the hospital right now under observation because he wasn't getting enough to eat 😞 he got constipated and lost some weight. I didn't even know there was an issue with my milk supply until I went to the dr for his constipation
Why do you want to produce more? Your body is probably regulating itself to what baby eats.
feed baby then pump right after . stimulation is the key . it doesnt matter how much you get out of it just make sure to pump for like 15 mins and your milk supply will start to increase

Producing breast milk is so hard...i tried the mothers tea, i drink a lot of water and milk...I do have milk but barely make it to half bottle what else can i do???
