I know this is crazy but I wish I would have had the crazy last minute pregnancy things where my water broke and I had bad contractions, but no I didn't have any of that. My baby was breech and was breech my entire pregnancy, a few weeks before I was due I had high hope of her turning but nothing and when I hit 37 weeks my doctor scheduled my c section for 39w1d. I went into the hospital that morning at 10, and would have my section at 12:30 I had my bag packed my comfy clothes on my whole family was there I was super ready, I then realized that this was a good thing I was comfortable it was not a last minute thing I knew everything was okay I was in no pain I had my family there with me I knew what time how and where I was having my baby and it was really nice and comforting. I would totally do that again, but the pain after wow.... I wouldn't wish that on any one I could barely move to feed my baby in the bed I had to make the bed do it for me, and the nurses had to change my diaper cause I couldn't move at all...

I know exactly how you feel. I unfortunately I went to my doctors appointment at 37 wks and had to have a c-section. They induced my labor after deciding to do the c-section then after things started going badly again they went for the c-section. The recovery! Lord it was awful and the c-section itself was bad, I could feel so much happening on my right side of my body while the left side was completely numb even though they kept pumping me full of meds. Getting stitched up was just as bad, they said that my ab muscles were so tight that they struggled getting me open and putting me back together again. I totally feel your pain mama
