If there is no pain, there's a possibility that you had a Subchorionic hematoma. Which basically means a blood clot is keeping the placenta from attaching to the uterine wall. They can be known to "drain". Just go to the hospital, and do your best not to stress. Prayers!

I miscarried and didn't bleed a lot, didn't cramp a lot but I had back cramps. Go se a doctor or the ER

If Your Feeling Pain U Should Definitely Go To The ER. If U Have No Pain && The Blood Doesn't Soak About 3 Pads Within 1-2 Hours It May Be U Stretching Or A Threaten Miscarriage

go to the hospital just incase as well. I thought I was having one but baby was fine.
