HELP ! I had my daughter a month ago and I was breastfeeding well up until a little over a week ago. I just don't produce as much anymore. I continue to latch her on but no luck on milk, ive tried eating foods that are suppose to help, but still nothing. ugh and BF was a big goal for me.
have you been supplementing at all try and pump after 2-3 nursing sessions A day. even if you aren't getting milk. just pump for ten minutes or so. it will help stimulate.
Ook, well def try pumping, the more u pump the more ur body will produce. Your basically telling ur body u need more milk & it will produce it. It will take persistence though, u won't see results immediately but it's very possible!
@queendavis, so its definitely still possible to produce more right?

Also breastfeeding is supply and demand. Try pumping. If she nurses then milk will come. The less she nurses the less milk. Let her use you as a pacifier. Your milk will come back! Get fenugreek from Walmart.
@dashhaberdash, I do drink water, but maybe not as much as I should, I will definitely be drinking more !!
And have you been drinking lots of water? My sons pediatrician suggested 2 Liters a day.
Did you try the mothers milk tea? My sis in law just told me she drank 2 glasses a day and it got het milk flowing. And after a while she ddnt need to drink it anymore.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
try feeding every half hour to an hour even if she doesn't eat and just sucks the littlest bit that will help and will tell your body to produce milk ....damaned and your body will supply! drinks lots of water or Gatorade stuff that has electrolytes in it to keep you hydrated and eating oatmeal helped me lots! keep on trying don't give up!
