I always wait about 15-20 minutes when I'm babysitting, to ensure they are 100% finished lol.

Yeah I'd just changed a pee diaper then he started to make that pinched face babies do when they make #2 @waitingforablessing

Haha right !! And trying to change a smelly diaper while pregnant is the worst thing ever I swear !

Lol I can only imagine! Especially cause your body is sensitive to smells while pregnant, and even without being pregnant that smell is terrible enough lol!

I wouldn't make him sit in his poop for 15 minutes... Just change him if you think he's done and if he goes again then oh well, that's how babies work. The diaper will be used either way!
