Idc my biggest fear is pooping during pushing everything else I can handle

OMG! Me toooo! Haha, I've had friends say that not eating the day before delivery can help prevent this. 💩

I ate taco bell before giving birth and it didn't happen!!! all I thought about while pushing was pooping LOL it never happened. If you don't get an epidural it's easy to control! lol
