What do you do when you have a bad cold?  I have been sipping hot water with honey/lemon all day -- anyone have any other natural remedy ideas? Prefer not to take anything but my doc says a little Tylenol is ok

There's some thing you are allowed to take. My doc gave me a list of things that are ok, just ask there. I am currently on my 4th cold with this pregnancy, don't know why, it really sucks!
