this is my first and I really wanna have a natural birth. everyone keeps telling me that I'll get it but idk.. its not that I don't want "drugs" cause that's not it I just really wanna do it on my own. I know some people get other pain meds like through the iv.. has anyone had a natural birth?

I had to get an epidural medically because my body was too tense to let me dilate any further, but, I was at 9 1/2 centimeters when it happened, so I made it through everything but the pain from pushing (which I know is probably the hardest part) and I just have to say that everything leading up to that, the entire 9 1/2 centimeters, weren't near as bad as everyone said. Even when I was in the most pain, it still wasn't like I imagined. DON'T let anyone psyche you out.

Birth Plan Rant
I used to be all about getting an epidural, but after research and thinking about it more I want to have an unmedicated birth (this is my first baby). What annoys me is when I say that I'm going to TRY my hardest to have a natural and unmedicated birth people always feel the need to say that I'm crazy or that I'm going to change my mind when I get in that position. Or that epidurals are the best. I do realize that plans change, but why can't people be supportive and encouraging?
Natural birth? stories/suggestions to get theu it. I'm going to have a natural birth this time around but I am a bit scared of the pain. I put no epidural on my birth plan and trying hard not to edit it LOL
You guys I really don’t wanna get induced I want him to come natural. What can I do ??? Oh and I have to get induced I’m High Risk and I have GD 😩
If you had a natural Unmedicated birth how did it go for you?? I’m really against the epidural. I strongly believe a woman’s body is ment for natural birth unless something is going wrong during labor. I really don’t get why woman think they are weak and in need of an epidural!! Really don’t get it!! Not trying to offend it’s jut my point of view.
