Did anyone gave zantac for 1 month old?

yes, my twins have both been on zantac since they were 4weeks old. they are now 4mo and take 2ML twice a day. my 2yo was also on zantac till she was 1

yes ma'am they do. they get that from me. there's is really bad tho, they are on soy formula thickened with rice or oatmeal because even with only zantac they spit up alot
