@bets, yeah for now I'm going to try what I can to ease my pain before going in because I don't wanna deal with that shit. but it's like they say "oh we care for our patients and are going to be there for them" but then they treat you so bad that you don't want to even go in and see them no matter your pain levels
I've had one of the nurses laugh at me. with all my hormones I'm so emotional I started crying in the triage room. I went in at 2am because I couldn't bare the pain and they said walk around drink some Tylenol and you'll be fine, we don't know why you're contracting if you're not dilating. but at 8am I woke up crying, I couldn't stand the pain so I went back in and she was still there, and she laughed and rolled her eyes when she saw me. Next time I'm in a situation that I know I'm in pain I'm speaking up and they better do something. Speak up babe, if they wanna send you home and you know you're not in conditions to be turned away. don't leave its your right.
is it that all l&d nurses think the same? damn. I got the dehydrated one too before and avoid sex when I haven't had sex in 6 months. They think we don't know our own body.
@bets, they've sent me home every time with things like "oh you're just dehydrated" all I drink is water! or "you just need to avoid sex" I haven't had sex since getting pregnant. Oh and my favorite one "you're having Braxton hicks go home" these are not Braxton hicks. I know the difference
