Hey i got a question.... Since wednesday after i eat i get like a hot flash n dizziness n light headed n stuff. I am also 29 weeks now.. Has any1 ever felt like this?! Did the doctor ever tell u y its happening? Mine has no clue so far y. :(

just try to stand up slow without locking your knees immediately to keep the blood flowing ! good luck @yeahchloe

the dizziness is a side effect of.a hot flash. mine are so bad I once fell and knocked myself out by hitting the grill.

Yea i know hot flashes r normal its everything else im feeling thats weird.

I've had hotflashes a lot this pregnancy. my doctor said it's normal and to not stand up too fast.. and when you do stand up just stand there for a minute until you start walking.
