the dizziness is a side effect of.a hot flash. mine are so bad I once fell and knocked myself out by hitting the grill.

Yea i know hot flashes r normal its everything else im feeling thats weird.

I've had hotflashes a lot this pregnancy. my doctor said it's normal and to not stand up too fast.. and when you do stand up just stand there for a minute until you start walking.
