I take one tum, drink a couple glasses of milk, and take a zantac 75, with water. mine always goes away after.:)

Yesss it has been soooo bad for me lately. Definitely got way worse than before!

@jazzylady, I swear it has gotten 10x worse. Took TUMS before now my dr prescribed Pepcid 2X daily and shit not working. Thank god I have few days left.
