No, you should just be careful to not fall and to stay comfortable, especially further into your pregnancy.

Oh I couldn't imagine wearing them now and you're a boss if you can do that at 28 weeks. Lol I wouldn't though because you could fall.. careful mama!

No but you are more at risk of falling which could cause miscarriage. I wouldn't even be able to if I tried... Pregnancy has made me so clumsy
